夏海平,1964年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者。厦门大学化学系79级本科生、83级硕士生,硕士毕业后留校任教。
主要从事金属有机化学研究。创新性成果有:1)开拓了一系列构筑金属杂环的新方法--[5+1]、[4+2]和[3+3]关环法;2)将一些经典的有机反应(如SNAr等)拓展到金属有机体系。3)通过引入过渡金属到反芳香性的有机骨架,首次实现了物质从反芳香性到芳香性的一步转变,将芳香性的概念首次拓展到金属杂双五元环体系,同时也首次拓展到一个含三键的五元环体系。开辟了一个全新的芳香体系--金属杂戊搭炔和金属杂戊搭烯化学。该成果入选2013年“中国高校十大科技进展”。
已在包括Nat. Chem.、Nat. Commun.、Acc. Chem. Res.、JACS、Angew. Chem.等刊物上发表论文150余篇。通讯作者论文曾被Nature Chemistry、Nature China、美国化学会的C&E News、Heart Cut、Noteworthy Chemistry和英国皇家化学会的Chemistry World等专题评论。Science News网站、俄罗斯化学新闻、国家自然科学基金委网站也曾进行报道。
