OLED具有自发光,响应快,广视角,轻薄,节能以及可以实现柔性透明显示等优点。然而,OLED的科学研究和产业化在高速发展的同时,一些长期存在,亟待解决的瓶颈问题也逐渐暴露出来,如OLED寿命,色谱稳定性等。
发光层的特性也是影响OLED器件性能的原因之一。OLED器件的发光层如果是单一的材料时,由于浓度过高会产生猝灭,造成器件的发光效率降低。掺杂体系的发光层改善了单一材料发光层的载流子传输和发光特性。通过将发光材料掺杂到具有高能激子的主体材料中,再利用它们之间的能量转移过程,可以有效地降低浓度猝灭,得到高效率,长寿命的器件。此外,掺杂的发光层通过调整主、客体材料搭配、浓度等可以灵活地改善发光层的特性、优化激子的复合区域和降低器件的注入势垒。同时有利于根据具体要求优化器件的性能,促进了OLED技术的发展和应用。
